New Year's meme 2013
Here we go again... Time for a summary of the year! Not very exciting this year, but still.
1. What did you do in 2013 that you'd never done before?
I went to London! Twice! :D And there I saw a musical, also a first. I saw Galenskaparna & After Shave (not just Claes Eriksson) on stage! I spent a day in Lund. I went to the liquorice festival here in Stockholm. I got myself a gym membership. Haven't made enough use of it though :/
2. Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Umm, I tried..? I really, really want to change a few things in my life. I feel like nothing ever changes, but some things HAVE to change now. I just can't wait for things to happen, I have to make them happen!
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
No.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
The rabbit Helmer :(
5. What countries did you visit?
England!
6. What would you like to have in 2014 that you lacked in 2013?
I'll say the same as last year: Creativity, motivation and more time for fun, creative things.
7. What date from 2013 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
May 1 when Danne and I went to London for the first time :D
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Going to London..? Getting a fairly good pay raise once again? Can't think of anything really :/
9. What was your biggest failure?
That I haven't been exercising enough, as usual.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Nothing big, colds and allergies. The same as last year.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
My new computer - I really needed a new one.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Danne's, for putting up with me ♥ And Lania's, for being a good friend! :)
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
The horrible people torturing angora rabbits ;__; I'm appalled by humanity and the way the world works overall :(
14. Where did most of your money go?
Bills. Food. Our new TV that we bought in January. My computer. Video games :P And presents for Danne! XD (Edit: Oh, and the London trips of course!)
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Going to London!! :D The Spamalot musical! Seeing Galenskaparna & After Shave, so good! Going to Maria in Malmö with Jessica. Meeting nordiclania and other friends.
16. What song will always remind you of 2013?

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
a) Happier or sadder? Sadder :(
b) Thinner or fatter? Same.
c) Richer or poorer? Richer.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Same as last year. Baking, taking photos, writing LJ entries, exercising... I've wanted to do so much, but stopped there. It's been a year of dreams and hope, but no real achievements.
19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Stressing and feeling bad about myself. Worrying about the future.
20. How will you be spending Christmas?
I spent it in Örebro with my family and then with Danne in Stockholm. Same procedure as last year.
21. How will you be spending New Years?
At nordiclania's! :)
22. Did you fall in love in 2013?
No.
23. How many one-night stands?
None.
24. What was your favorite TV program?
Downton Abbey. Hela Sverige bakar.
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
No.

Watership Down (finally).
27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
2013 was not a year of music unfortunately.
28. What did you want and get?
A pay raise. A new computer. Playstation 3 and a whole bunch of other great presents :D

Umm. I can't remember a single film right now. Uppe på vallmokullen, did I see it this year? Cloud Atlas was pretty good as well.

I was 27. Spent it in Örebro with my family, Danne and Jessica, just like last year.
31. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Motivation to change my life.
32. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2013?
Boring but comfortable.
33. What kept you sane?
Nothing in particular.
34. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
No one.
35. What political issue stirred you the most?
I don't know. I'm so sick of politics and all the stupid debates.
36. Who did you miss?
My family and some friends that I see far too seldom.
37. Who was the best new person you met?
I haven't met many new people.
38. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2013.
I wrote last year that I'd learned that nothing will change unless you do something about it. Well, this year was proof of that :P
