A job...?

Apr 18, 2007 19:35

Yesterday I was going to write about a few sucky things (like this problem, which won't go away. I've been in pain for nearly four months now! ;_;), but I wasn't in the proper depressive mood for it and I'm not now either, so it will have to wait a little. Besides, I think you're all pretty tired of my whining :P

So... the reason for my good mood then. After I got home from writing an exam, I got a phone call and.. I've got a job interview tomorrow! :) I'm nervous as hell and I try not to hope for too much (it's hard!), but this is so exciting! It actually seems like an interesting job and it would solve my money problems this summer. If I get it I'll be able to move in five months or so. Keep your fingers crossed for me tomorrow, please! This might be my only chance to get a summer job.

That put me in a good mood and I've been pretty productive both yesterday and today. I need to do more though and I hope to do this during "the weekend" (Thursday - Monday):

- Finish To Kill a Mockingbird + questions
- Read chapter 2 in the Lingustics book
- Start working on the Linguistics essay
- Study driving theory
- Practice driving with mum
- Do some cleaning
- Burn CD with photos
- Read other books

My driving school teacher felt sick today, so the driving lesson I was supposed to have today was cancelled, which felt kind of sad. Partly because it meant I had no legitimate reason to leave the Linguistics lesson halfway and partly because I didn't get to have my last lesson with her. She's leaving Örebro, so I'll get a new teacher. It doesn't feel all that great, because it will take some time to get used to another teacher and that = lots of money. I hope he will turn out to be an okay teacher though ^^

We have three rabbits now. Mum and dad insisted on getting a baby rabbit. I didn't like the idea, because frankly I've kind of had enough of rabbits for a while and it felt like they were just trying to get a new Mozart, which they claim they aren't but.. well. They bought him, against my will :/ I won't dislike him on principle though :P It's hard to do, as he's so cute. He's a mix of "dvärghare" and "hermelin" and his name is Isidor. He's so tiny and very energetic (but not a monster like Helmer ;P) and down here is a little picture of him:

I will get something to eat now and then try to get some commenting done! :)
