Nice pics :)
And nice weather :)
They are excaviting here in front of the entrance of the flat I live in now and because of all the rain the last couple of days, evrything turned to mud. I can immagine that is less fun.

You're so right! I saw some video's and pictures from Brussels Friday evening, after we all left, and there was loads of water! I feel sorry for Britt, it won't be nice what she's going to see at her excavation tomorrow -_-

What site was that Mieke? I'd guess medieval? And what exactly was it? An old convent or abbey? Found anything interesting (no, I don't mean a pot of gold or the lost sea scrolls. It's me, remember? :p), or was it just mostly drawing profiles (heh, at least I suppose one can translate "profielen tekenen" like that). Is it a summer job for money, or just voluntary work to get your six months experience?

Hehe, sorry for all the questions. Can't help it, I've been brainwashed by certain people :)
Not that they had a hard time: had serious doubts what I would choose after the first year, so I'm interested on my own!

Yepyep, you're right, it's a medieval site, it was an abbey, the site is called "Arme Klarenklooster", so that explains it all no? :)

Me myself didn't find really interesting stuff, I was digging out a cellar and found some 13th-15th century pottery sherds while on most parts of the site they found 16th-17th century stuff. They have build over some parts of the abbey through the centuries.
Didn't draw myself on this site, I stayed in my little trench :)

I was there voluntering for 1 week, not a payed summer job, that starts tomorrow in Bruges (!)

And I don't mind the questions :)
