Ice cream bread anyone?
Ok, I came across this video on tumblr:
It looked too good to be true, but smart at the same time, so I decided to give it a try and... tadaaaaaa:
And it tastes good! Definitely more bread than cake (it looks like cake to me), so it's not too sweet. Perfect Sunday breakfast with some jam or whatever.
