Is there such a thing as too happy for one's own good?

I like these things. Who cares if it's a trend, meme, or somehow conformist in another way? It's a fantastic way to spread good feelings around, by thinking about the positive in those around you and by showing those around you the positive in you. Or something. In any case, I'm very glad that you were in such a good mood.
