Parks are a precious commodity in today's world. They are very important in preserving our world's beautiful landscapes and wildlife. Our main philosophy in building our park is that the landscape should not be tampered with and building should only consist of making spots for plants to grow. In this way, the balance of the existing ecosystem is preserved.
Another economic principle we have looked at is the balance of energy in the food web. We have integrated the creature from the black lagoon. His name is Lopez. He works very low wages and does not disturb the ecosystem. His only purpose in the park is to kill trespassers wishing to tamper with the natural flow of the ecosystem, and rape their cold dead bloated bodies, hanging their rotting corpses from the large tree situated in the center of our ecosystem as a deterrent for that kind of behavior.
As well as preserving the general balance, we planned from an area that only had to be minimally changed to fit out plans. There was already a swamp, with plants growing all around, and we simply needed to locate a tree and position it at the center of the landscape.
Our park is vetter than any park ever in history, ever. That little gay rich kid has nothing on how awesome our park is. It's the sweetest park ever. I'm pretty sure if George Washington was alive today, he would want to come to our park, and chop it all down, because everyone knows George Washington hates plants. That's why he died when he was 50.
In conclusion, I believe this design would be beneficial to the community and to the overall state of our current Ann Arbor ecosystem. It'd be damn sexy.
