I got called into work today. I'm going to have ten more hours than I was scheduled for this week. We all know what that means: MONEY! Woohoo!
Alayne and I went ice-skating tonight. She hadn't been since eighth grade. I hadn't been since the get to know you thing freshman year. It was a lot of fun. I didn't fall until the very end when I was goofing off, pretending to be a toe dancer. I know, I'm a loser. But I'm the coolest loser there is, so it's ok!
We watched Bring It On after skating. I forgot how much I love that movie. I appreciate it so much more now that I have had the cheerleader experience.hehe We found out that the guy who stars in it is also in Romeo + Juliet. So, we started to watch that movie. I really like it. It is a little choppy, and it cuts out a lot of the original play, but it is an amazing idea and it has some fabulous acting.
My mom threatened that she would wake me up early tomorrow (or today I guess) if I didn't clean the house today. I started to clean but then I got called into work. I hope she doesn't hold that against me. That would be cruel.
I'm glad I got to see my friends the past couple of weeks. I miss them so much. It's good to hang with them again now that everyone is getting back in town/out of school.
I AM SO EXCITED FOR FOOTBALL SEASON! You have no idea!
I just want to go to Seedbearers. Then on vacation. Then back to school.
I don't want to quit my job, because I will miss my friends at work terribly. I just don't want to work there anymore. Especially when school starts. I know I'm going to have a TON of homework in Pre-Calc because I'm cramming it all into one semester. That plus all my other classes, and the plays... I just hope I have enough time for it all. I'm sure it will be fine, it just seems like I'm spending every waking moment up there at the moment. I hope it will be ok!
-Love to all
