Have you ever had the experience when you're fasting of picking up a perfectly free delicious looking cookie and holding it in your mouth and right before you bite realizing that you can't eat it and then the saliva just starts going and you take the cookie out of your mouth and toss it and feel even hungrier for the next hour?
It's very saddening.

Hehehe! I hate that!
I haven't had that experience when fasting, but I've had that experience when I've tried to eat healthy.
I also had a similar experience when I was on the fast on LaVida... the leaves were beginning to look tasty...
