“Believe me! I’ll give you something you have never thought before.” said Yamada to Chinen.
“Huh? What’s that?” Chinen answered with a weird expression.
“Just wait and see Chii~!” Said Yamada then.
Chinen didn’t understand what Yamada meant. It was a week before her birthday, she hated her birthday since her parents were divorced 7 years ago on her birthday. Her parents were busy with their life. Chinen felt lonely because she didn’t have anyone to tell everything she wanted to talk to. Chinen met Yamada at high school, at the first time chinen was being very cold and unfriendly. But Yamada still talked to Chinen even though Chinen didn’t respect Yamada. But day by day Chinen felt comfortable with Yamada and she was no longer being cold and unfriendly.
“Let’s go to the beach! I want to see the sunset.” said Yamada.
“How about if we go to the market first?! I want to buy some fruits and soft drinks.” Chinen then said.
Chinen bought Yamada’s favorite fruit, she bought a lot of strawberries. After that they went to the beach. While waiting the sunset, they ate the strawberries and talked about many things. And at sunset they were silent for a moment.

“Chii this is for you,” said Yamada.
“Egg? For what?” asked chinen confused.
“No, it’s not just an egg. It’s a Magic Egg.” answered Yamada.
“Really? Wow… I’m curious! Thankyou Yama-chan,” said Chinen.
“Water this magic egg and see what it will be at May 17th.” Said Yamada then.
Chinen no longer felt lonely, but in this week Chinen felt so lonely because Yamada disappeared and Chinen couldn’t contacted him. Yamada did that deliberately so that his plan worked perfectly. It was holiday, but Chinen didn’t go anywhere or did something. He just slept, watched movies and stared into the magic egg that Yamada gave it to him. He still tried to contact Yamada but it was just wasted his time because Yamada still didn’t answer. Chinen didn’t know what to do. He was curious about the magic egg. Everyday he watered the magic egg, and the magic egg buds began issuing. The magic egg buds grew up day by day.
It was almost midnight, Chinen felt sleepy after staring the magic egg for 5 hours. She went to bed and then fell asleep. “Aahh what date is today? May 17th? MAGIC EGG!!” Chinen said when she woke up and went to her desk to see what magic egg would be. Because Yamada said before “Water this magic egg and see what it will be at May 17th.” Chinen was surprised because there was written a “Happy Birthday” and “I love you” in a magic egg sprouts. She smiled widely and Yamada came to Chinen’s room with a big cake and small box. “Happy birthday Chinen~ Happy birthday Chinen~~” Yamada sang. Chinen was very glad and surprised, she opened the box after ate the cake. She opened the box with a curious expression, “Tada!” Yamada shouted. That was a unique necklace and no one had this necklace because Yamada especially made it just for Chinen. “Thankyou very much Yama-chan, you’ve made the best birthday I ever had!” Said Chinen thankful with a kiss on Yamada’s cheek.
