I adore
Yuxi's murals, they're so fun to play with in game and help me take such lovely pictures - they make backdrops much more interesting and I'm absolutely rubbish at decorating, so it's an easy way out for me. I really wanted more murals, so I downloaded Homecrafter, looked at a tutorial and made some of my own.
(I suck at taking this kind of preview, if you can do a better than job than me and wouldn't mind taking some for me, please don't hesitate to!)
9 murals, different themes. I mainly wanted very detailed, ornate walls with images that are hard to replicate with the current content available for TS2 (Sci-Fi, oriental, nature scenes, etc). Previews, download links, credits and more information all under the cut.
- All murals come in 3 parts, labeled A, B and C.
- Credits go to
Andree Wallin,
Raphael Lacoste,
Drea Horvath,
Fabien Togman and
Michael Cacciamani for the original artwork I used to make these. (I sincerely hope I haven't violated their ToUs, I did not intent to use their artwork in ways they would not approve of)
- I tried extracting the collection file, but I've never done this before so I'm not sure if it's going to work. It's included in the .rar though, and I'd be really grateful if someone could tell me if its working or not.

Two important things you should know: unfortunately, they're not as high quality as Yuxi's when you zoom in, since the source pictures I was using weren't big enough to make them of a higher resolution, so they blur/pixelate when you get too close. The second thing is they are very slightly squished in game because I did something silly while making them. Anyway, thank you so much to the artists for their stunning work, to Yuxi for the inspiration and to
HystericalParoxysm for her tutorial. This is my first time attempting to make walls (and getting murals to tile is SO annoying), so any and all feedback is more than welcome!
