HELL FUCKING YES

I FINALLY KNOW WHAT THE VERB BUILDINGS MEAN IN HEBREW! {For the record, nobody really knows what the hell is going on with Heberw verbs and why we have seven -- 'hitpa'el' is both passive and active.}

{Pa'al [aka Kal] / Nif'al / Pi'el / Pu'al / Hitpa'el / Hif'il / Huf'al}

Pa'al is specific action. "Lavash" means 'he wore [something specific]'.
Nif'al is passive specific action. "Nilbash" means '[masculine something specific] was worn'.
Pi'el is specific intention. "Libesh" {if there was such a used verb, hah} would mean 'he intentionally dressed'.
Pu'al is passive specific intention. "Lubash" {is there was such a used verb, hah} would mean 'he was intentionally dressed'.
Hitpa'el is general action without taking notice. "Hitlabesh" is 'he dressed'.
Hif'il is action caused by subject. "Hilbish" is 'he made [something/somebody] dress'.
Huf'al is action caused TO the subject. "Hulbash" is 'he was made to dress'.

Phew. It's been bugging me for years. XD
