SOMEHOW I missed this part:

Basically, I nearly choked to death on my cherry pie at lunch. Srsly! I don't know how I missed that the first time!
You really SHOULD take this project more seriously, though. Did you ever read the book "Why Cats Paint"? It's the same basic idea, although the cats are pictured with art they've supposedly painted:
Their later books aren't as funny, but THIS one is!
I also stand in wonder at the idea that the operatic cats were QUIETER when they were altered. Dione the Opera Cat was LOUDLOUDLOUD and she was altered very young~! (Those black Siamese and their acoustically-perfect voiceboxes!)

I was amazed when that book came out how many people actually took it at face value, very seriously. I thought it was one of the most brilliant things I'd seen.
