H/D Art Post: Seasons of Love
And, *grin* this was the third and final piece of art I did for hd_fanart's 2012 H/D Art Fest, although I suppose this "one" was really four. ;-)

Notes: I fell in love with the idea of this prompt and its lovely words, so many thank yous to phoenix_on_ice for the wonderful drabble inspiration. I changed one word, "sat" to "stood," in the last panel to fit the art. All four of the panels I created include my own photographs as backgrounds - the Hogwarts Castle image was taken at Harry Potter World in Orlando, Florida. Spring and Winter photos are from my back yard, the one for Summer also was taken in Florida, and the one for Autumn in one of my city parks. :)
Four Seasons, Four Moments, Four Steps to Love
In the Spring everything was so new...fresh. Picnics and stolen glances and kisses that made me blush. I was infatuated with you and couldn't get enough.
In the Summer things heated up, both the weather and us. We devoured each other at every opportunity in a lusty haze as days blended together under the sun.
In the Autumn we walked as comfortable companions though the woods, just talking for hours. Getting to know each other on a deeper level than anything I had experienced before.
And in the winter; as we sat together watching fireworks going off in the distance, the only thing I wanted from the upcoming year was to continue being this happy with you. And as you looked at me and blushed I knew what you were thinking, and I could feel the same heat building, and I knew this was love.
