holy man who ever thought we would get like a week and a half off of school thanx to charley i mean given half the time i didnt have any power and had to bum off other people for places to stay...its still nice =D
not too much damage to our house but my dad was about to cry cause our yard was ruined...poor papa kowski and his yard obsession... the two tops of our el hugo palm trees snapped off and one landed in our yard and chopped another tree in half and the other one landed on our roof and kinda screwed up the corner. our neighbors shingles kinda flew all over our yard and into our screen and stuff...part of our neighbors fench fell into our yard. nothing too too bad.
so umm saturday and sunday nights i slept over at beckys w/ lauren and amanda...after i spent the day at chads air conditioned house all day saturday bc the nerd never lost power...how rude. monday i came home for a little and the house was like 95 degrees. my mom brought the dog over to beckys house bc it was just too hot for him, our neighbors who somehow had power let us plug our fridge in w/ a mondo extension cord, and another neighbor gave us a huge room fan. of course i never noticed bc right after i got home i headed over to danielles.
monday was mine and chads 2 mnth so we were gonna go to a movie w/ chris and danielle that night. so we went and got our tickets for little black book, but it didnt start for another couple of hours so we went to starbucks to check chads work schedule.
and here it is....the "read this part of the entry if your too lazy to read the whole thing bc this has to at least crack a smile for you" part
we took chris's truck to do all this so me and danielle sat in the back together cause chad was driving bc chris has mono and he sounds like a retarded duck w/ his swollen glands but anyways back to me ;) heehee
so im getting out of the back of the truck and you have to lift the seat on the passenger side and get out. i was wearing these pointy toe shoes and the toe got stuck the danielles seat belt. so i went plunging for the ground and landed b/t the two cars in the middle of the parking lot.
and oh it just gets better...danielle is standing right there in front of me cracking up and then this little old lady comes walking up and is like....IS SHE OK?! dont worry im not just a random person thats my car (pointing to the van next to the truck.....where i was stuck in b/t). so she just stands there and stares and keeps asking if im ok.
meanwhile im laying flat on my face (my face literally landed like 5 in. from the ground), my hair flipped over my head so i cant see anything, and then chad comes running around the truck saying are u ok baby?! like three times.
STILL gets better... i tried to get up but my foot was still stuck in the seatbelt so i had to grab on to the car next to me....w/ the owner right there watching me put hands hands all over their car...to get up and i still couldnt do it on my own so chad had to pick me up.....yeeeeahh and now i have a huge ass bruise on my knee. just love it
yes yes so theres that...ok im tired nighty night my darlings.....hope that at least cracked a smile picturing me crawl all over the parking lot n all.....
