Hey, thanks for the great pizza the other day man!

King Kong was great. I didn't mind the length at all. I wanted the bug scene in the canyon to go on for much longer. I'm amazed at what Weta can do these days.
Andy Serkis you mean? As in Gollum! He was great. I wonder what he's doing next. What is Jackson doing next? Heavenly Creatures is my favourite movie at the moment. In fact, all his works are outstanding. Wish I could work on one of his films. Instead, I worked for the Christian propoganda one...

Curse my ability to remember how to spell names when it's most important!

I got to see Heavenly Creatures for the first time from start to finish the other day, which I thought was an sbolsutely incredible tale of tragic love and the price two girls are willing to pay to keep it.

The bugs were super icky, I nearly screamed with the delicious horror of it all. I enjoyed the Kong vs. Tyrannosaurus x 3 fight as well... Such an epic battle! And what the hell did Anne Darrow do in her past life to deserve such frying pan-fire-frying pan-fire treatment?!

Hmm. I was looking but I couldn't tell... As soon as they got back to NY, I was like "Keep your eyes peeled for Peter!"

I would've thought he'd be in the Empire State Building as Kong climbed his way past.

I think I saw Peter as a fighter pilot: he had no beard, though, and he's gotten all skinny lately so his face is more gaunt than we're used to seeing it.

I hope 'Lovely Bones' won't be too schmaltzy...

(P.S. sorry about once again missing you down in chch! We had to rely on elderly D-relatives for transport into town, and arguably we could have been a lot better organised (and it didn't help that D insisted on sleeping in till 11 or 12 every morning) grr waah I suck...hmm at least we made it to the Illicit store, that place is fun)
