Just because someone is a certain age does not always make them act as an adult. Sometimes adults act like little children and then try to blame everyone else for their actions. That is manipulative and mean and hurtful. I do not believe in pretending something is true when it is not, nor do I like to pretend something is not there when it is ( Read more... )

It amazes me how often that happens. It's quite sad.

I would probably be a lot nicer to people if someone cut my balls off.

*shudders* That hurts just thinking about it.

May no one ever cut off your balls, Phil.

Thank you, Nik. I would not be a happy person if it were to happen.

You could not have kittens. No, not kittens. Babies. Human babies.

I have had a few too many drinks.

No, I couldn't.

*pats* That's okay, Nik. We all have a few too many sometimes.

I do not allow my cat to drink anything but water. ometimes he gets into my cereal bowl in the morning but that is because he likes the milk.

I hope you do not think I give my cat vodka.

No, I didn't think that at all.

Really? he gets into your cereal bowl?

He can be a very pushy cat when he wants to.

Have you tried giving him his own bowl of milk? Or does he just prefer the milk out of your cereal bowl?

I do not like to give him milk because the vet said it was not good for him. Sometimes he tries to steal mine and if he is a real pain in the ass I will let him have a little bit after I finish my cereal.

milk isn't good for cats? I thought it was.

They like it but it is not good for them unless it is from their mothers.

I did not know that. I'll remember that if I ever get a cat.

Milk makes cats throw up. Or was it diarrhea?

It's about the second thing you learn after getting a cat or two. At that point, while cleaning up the mess, you're usually wondering why cats don't come with an owner's manual. But the cats are wondering the same thing about humans, as far as I can tell.
