Your Period Drama Life -For Girls (Lovely pictures, very long and detailed)

Orphaned at infancy, you were raised by your verbally abusive cousin and his self righteous sisters. You rebelled against your misfortunes, and bravely shaped yourself into the exact opposite of your obnoxious relatives. By the time you reached womanhood, you were a lovely picture of charm and appeal. ("The role of the pageboy is silent which makes my casting in a word... ideal!" Sorry. Way off track there...)
Your days of disappointments were often brightened by visits from your devoted fiance, who just happened to be the love of your life. (No, really, it happens.) He was willing to put up with all the inconveniences of your evil cousins, and having him near when they attempted to wound you added greatly to your happiness.
Alas, your lot in life seemed to be a hard one, for soon you stumbled across a dark secret that would separate you from each other for a time. This came about when you were cleaning your cousin's desk drawer (as he often made you do) and noticed a letter he'd carelessly left out. The letter was from a woman who begged your cousin for money, attempting to convince him of his duties to her child; his child. The woman was not your cousin's wife, and therefore the entire affair was a disgraceful scandal. At first you kept the matter in your own heart and shared it with no one, but a few afternoons later, when your cousin was in a terrible rage, you and he had a heated debate, and his temper rose so high that you feared he would hurt you. Thus, you threatened to make his secret known, should he be so wicked as to strike a woman. Your cousin was astonished by your boldness, and after hours of whispered conferences with his sisters, they baited you into betraying the secret, and then accused you of being mad. The scheme worked, and you were taken away to be locked up in an insane asylum.
They didn't count on one thing, however, and that was your fiance. Your cousins couldn't comprehend why anyone would go out of their way to help another person, and so he visited you without their suspicion. You told him where to find the letter containing all the evidence you'd need to bring your cousin down. He immediately went about trying to procure it. First, he needed some distractions, so he enlisted the help of a few gentlemen to pretend to take an interest in your cousin's sisters (heavy bribery was involved, there) in order to have them out of the house as he searched for the document. He also went on a day that your cousin was out hunting, leaving the entire house free of hindrances.
Ther were only a few more days that you were forced to spend in your cell. Your fiance was quick to expose your cousin for the cowardly brute that he was, and came to the asylum straight after to free you himself. In the latter days of your marriage, your husband sometimes wondered if the medicines you were suffered to take at the asylum had some kind of weird side affect, though he kept it to himself. In my opinion, he just didn't realize how strange you were before. Nothing had changed really, he just had something else to blame your oddities on.
