The Great Tribulation
-----------------------------------
Work on the new album is going great! We are set to record about 20 songs. 13 or 14 will be on the new CD
The album is in pre production mode right now. Songs we have so far for the new album are as follows:
a day in february, i hate, as i watch, pictures of you, russia, lockdown, to sin and to suffer, purification, unsatisfied, last goodbye, international love affair, despair and the torment, cthulhu, sucker punch, silent, motel murder, its ok, and incinerate.
more songs are still being worked on. we plan on taking this album way beyond anything we've ever done. musically this album is beyond what we hoped to achieve. The album is a really good balance between many types of metal, hardcore, rock, emo, funk... whatever else you wanna add... its basically a well rounded heavy/melodic record that i personally think will appeal to many open minded people.

NAR DVD in the works
-----------------------------------
We are currently putting together a DVD as well, we hope to have the DVD come with the new CD, so it will be like a double pack! We are going over many many tapes of footage, and trying to piece together a solid DVD that will go over the history of NAR, the making of the "shove" video as well as our new video which we will shoot in the next 2 months or so, it will also feature NAR on the road, NAR chillin with friends, stories and fan reactions to some memorable NAR moments, as well as live footage and other goodies. If anyone has ideas on what they would like to see, please feel free to send them to us.

RIP Dimebag
-----------------------------------
I know this is old news, and we posted something about it on the NAR site. But this is my first band journal post since this all happened, so I wanted to say some words. Dime will be missed, he was a great man, and as many of our local Toronto fans know, we got to play a sold out Opera House show with Damageplan back in the summer, and we got to meet them, chill with them, talk to them, and just really become close to them. Me sharing a stage with one of my guitar heros, and getting to meet and talk to him, and have him treat you like a friend was awesome. It was something i will never forget. Vinnie Paul gave T-rod his china cymbal, and Dime gave him a bong. They were cool all around to the whole NAR Crew. And having met him just meant a lot to us, and it is such a shame what happened, words cannot explain what we are still all feeling. Its shocking and is such a tragic loss. RIP Dime, i'm sure where ever you are you're loading up on Jager shots. Cheers man.

Fans we need your help
-----------------------------------
As I mentioned above, the NAR DVD is in the works, we plan on releasing it as a package with the new CD, but we really want to make this DVD something special. So if you have any ideas of what you want to see on the DVD send them in. If there was a moment at a NAR show you'll never forget and wanna see it again, most likely we got it on tape, let us know... if you have an idea on something we should add in like band interviews, or something, anything... PLEASE send in your thoughts, we are making the DVD for the fans, so we need your input
-----------------------------------
That is all for now my people. Keep checkin back, because the next few months are going to be crazy! soon we will have info on how to pre order the NAR cd/dvd.
