depends .. the dimensions ..

on small surfaces like for this ones on spn watercolor pencils for the subjects and acrylics for the background

but usually for all the other paintings i prefer to work with acrillics (the last ones you can't find them on deviantart .. didn't post them)

AHH! I read about some water color pencils. :D those look really pretty. I really like how you do your backgrounds, they're very sharp and clear!

Have you ever worked with oil paints? I'm eager to get into them

nop dear ... never worked with oil ... takes to much time and i'm not so patient ghghghghghh

but some friends that used it told me that is much better than acrylics to work (you can pass over the same spot more times mixing colors)

I really really wanna try them, because I'm such a sucker for colors. :D And everything I've ever seen done with them (except by exceptionally bad artists) turns out so VIBRANT and shiny and pretty...

but I was told it takes sometimes up to 3 days for a painting to dry... >.
