Geez. Really. Shrimps are clearly not for me.
Apple - 40 kcal
Banana- 100 kcal
Shrimps - 66 kcal/100g
I have eaten already about 80 g, I guess. So if I take one banana, I should be able to last until the next meal at 15.30.
I'm going to wash these shrimps down from toilet.
