I have researched into the identities of every person who has chosen to make it public that they are associated with Yagami Light, though I can not be certain as to who has contacted him via other channels that are currently unavailable to us. This is based upon how he reacted, not on whether or not he actually does or does not remember the person.

-Faye (Yagami remembered that she at one point, had a boyfriend named Cassidy-->absent from the City and her old apartment)
-Molly Walker (remembers details of her from over a year ago, though Molly does not recall him. Mentioned something about her being "Safe now".)
-Luke Valentine
-Lady (mentioned how she joined the police force after her friends were targeted by a murderer in the City. Seems to have piqued Light's interest)
-Megumi Takani (appears to remember her husband Mitsuhide Akechi)
-Rayne (name alone from what he let on.)
-Nill (remembers that she used to live with Dietrich. Should be watching carefully because of her association with Dietrich)
-Arthur Hellsing (his occupation on the Police Force)
-Victoria Seras (remembers that she was Warden before-->also did not question Riza Hawkeye's identity)

-Rosiel (Rosiel does not appear to remember him)

-Kristoph Gavin --An attorney. Someone to watch for, considering his ties to law enforcement and Justice

-Cirucci Thunderwitch (An associate of Noitora. I suspect a private conversation. She would not give up so easily on him, considering she made the effort to associate with both Misa Amane and Sayu Yagami in the past.)
-Lelouch Lamperouge
-Byakuran (associates with Lelouch Lamperouge)
I will continue researching into the relationships that he has shared with these people in the past.
