Cooking day # 4

I have now consitantly without being asked cooked and enjoyed dinner all week and I am feeling impowered. Yesterday I made the French's Crunchy Chicken and it was DELISH! We do the same, only we use Funyuns instead of French's onions and it stays crispier. LOVE IT!!

I don't do the cooking. My mom does. She is a phenomenal cook...but sadly I did not inherit that gene. :(

my husband usually does the cooking but I recently became a FT SAHM / FT college student again and I told him that I would share the responsibility of cooking . Once I started cooking it reminded him that I could in fact cook and in some cases cook much better than he can. He is a fantastic cook but this is week too of me cooking and he has no desire to take the reins back lol.

I usually make it with Rice a Roni (parmesan and romano cheese flavor - I haven't been able to find it recently and substituted creamy four cheese) and some kind of veg.
