2nd week in a row, im keeping my first place @ le chateau.
for both, part and full time.
I gotten much more pushier with customers, and even if customer doesnt want to buy shoes with a dress, i'll make her try them on for the "look". If customer doesnt find a top she likes completely satisfying, i will look around the store with her and find something we both can agree on. I never give up. I'm starting conversations with boyfriends, who are holding customer's purses, and have interesting convos, make them feel like they are at home, make them feel like there's nothing "gay" about le chateau, and go to the men section with em, and find a nice shirt, which they will try on, like, and buy.

In mid october, when i quit Ashley, my goal was simple: To become #1 style specialist in the store before new years. I achieved that goal. Achieved that goal, in a way, that the 2nd place is far from my numbers, so is the rest.
My new goal is simple: To become the best in Manitoba. I give myself 6 months. 6 month to KNOW fashion. to KNOW style, to KNOW taste, and to be comfortable with any type of customer. Whether its a rich 16 year old girl, or old fashion 80 year old lady.
I will achieve this goal. I will work hard, because, working hard made me who i am now. I will be the best. And in a year or two, i'll be the one standing instead of Tracy(regional GUEST champion) teaching new staff how to sell. How to stylize, and how to be yourself, always, and how to never give up.

Before, many said: "Vlad... you work at Ashley just because your mom got you this job. otherwise, you'd be a regular teen working at some fast food place.".
But, i did get my position at le chateau, by MYSELF.
I quit ashley, by MYSELF.
And i became the best, by MYSELF.
So if you were one of the ones who said and thought said, FUCK OFF.

and i saw Lea. She's cute:)
oh.. and i had to wait for my bus for like 40 mins:( Had couple smokes, which kept me nice and warm.
