Canon Swap! Doctor Who
NuZeta Epsilon, a VERY young Gallifreyan time lord, had always dreamed of exploring time and space when she got older. She loved to play pretend games in her homemade TARDIS, a large cardboard box painted green, while armed with her hello kitty sonic screwdriver! At the age of thirteen, she snuck aboard a real TARDIS and ended up on Earth during the 21st century!
She wandered around the planet for a while, all alone but not even a little bit scared, before finding herself on the doorstep of a very large and very angry Mobster. This human asked very few questions, and while she had a feeling that he didn't exactly believe her about the alien thing, she decided he would make the perfect companion! Luckily, he decided she would make the perfect adoptive daughter and get him a nice tax break while throwing the cops off his trail or some other nonsense. He also decided that NuZeta was a complicated and weird name, so she now answers to her nickname, Claws.
Is it possible that she's the only time lord on Earth?
