kat vs the computer
well, i've come to find out just how goddamned outdated my last computer was since i've been wrestling with getting my shit all transfered and set up from my old drives to my new system. my old machine had IDE drives, my new one has a bunch of SATA connections but only 2 IDE slots, and i had 3 drives worth of shit to try and transfer over from my old drives to my new drives. UGH. but i managed to get my old email profile back up and running and it transfered over perfectly so i am now in business and back online. now i'm going to try and install windows 7 on my new machine, which proves i am nothing if not a glutton for punishment.
i'd rather wrestle with machines than deal with people, more often than not. if anything, humanity never fails to disappoint.
