I have poison ivy. Excellent!
I learned the hard way when I lived up in NW Arkansas that I'm extremely susceptible to it, but I didn't figure I'd get it in my own front yard in the middle of the city. This is my reward for actually being industrious and trying to beautify my weed-choked flower beds last week.
Lesson learned. From now on I will sit around and watch more TV and spend more time on the computer. I've also been sporadically reading 3 different books, so maybe I'll finish at least one of them now. In the interim, I will try not to scratch the back of my neck.
On the bright side, at least I was able to enjoy a nice dinner with my brother and future sister-in-law yesterday, and we raided my nephew's basket o' candy for dessert. Peanut butter Bunny Bites are delicious.
