It's Sunday. I'm bored and hungry, currently waiting for my mom to cook me french toast. Life is good, isn't it? Eh, not quite. I'm completely broke. It sucks, but all of my next check will go towards Christmas shopping. My family is easy though, very cheap, haha. It's crazy. You'd think that someone would help somehow. Lower the costs of things, increase minimum wage, something. But no, we sit back and watch the economy crumble, then wonder how it happened, shake our heads in disbelief and contine to spend 5 dollars on a latte at Starbucks.

Common sense people, common sense.

well they could increase minimum wage, but then it would cost more for the latte, but i guess thats what college is for, so you can have all the latte you want when you finish

Haha, I guess you're right. That's my goal at least. Are you in college? If so, what are you studying?

no, not in college so much, im looking into going to UA but mostly just working. i refuse be minimum wage forever so ill die before i give up on college, but at the same time im not getting any help towards paying it so i need to work my way up, maybe i can take night courses, i havent decided if ive got the ambition to work full time and take night courses though.

but even if i dont go to college to build a career ill be damned if i dont have a college level education when i die

lol, so what are yours?

Well I'm in high school, a senior. I just found out today that Hartwick College accepted me, so I'm totally excited. I was jumping up and down, haha. I've been nervous, but I guess I scare myself. But the money issue is raised with me too, my parents won't pay for it all, and back to that whole "lisa is broke" thing. It sucks, I feel your pain, haha.
