Life is not meant to be ideal. It is meant to be a struggle. Often, life is a struggle of unfair and seemingly intolerable proportions. When you feel that you can not take anymore then take a deep breathe, close your eyes, and ask yourself "What can I do to help myself?" In answering that question you have the strength to live because you have the strength to help yourself. You say people let you down; then stop turning to your 'friends' or 'family' for support most of the time. Instead, turn toward your own heart and rely on yourself for support and hope. If you are not strong enough to rely on yourself then you have not truly learned how to live. You are still standing, are you not? Do you want to live your life upset and discouraged? Or do you want to live seeking things that make you, as a mortal person, happy? Do what is best for you; do what makes you a better person.
If you believe yourself to be fat then a few suggestions: Change your diet so you are eating more healthily and earlier in the day. Since you are tired do a short cardio workout every morning after eating a small breakfast to help your body burn fat. Do whatever you can to find something to help you get better (maybe cured?), regarding your health problems.
Mankind has never been able to advance due to pity or empathy. In life expect no one to care about you so that when someone does you appreciate them; expect no one to help you so that when they give you a hand you realize what sort of person they really are; expect you to be the only person on earth looking out for you, and when you give up on yourself, know no one - not even God - can help you. Prayers are answered through a mix of effort, belief in yourself, strife, and miracles. If you lack any of these things in your pursuit then your prayer can not come to pass as a reality.
As I said at the beginning, life is an on-going struggle. Life teaches us countless things... It molds us. Hold onto whatever hope you have - whatever you love and cherish - and make that inspire you.
