So I've noticed an interesting trend. being the kind of person who loves to eat I pretty much spend a lot of time thinking about what I'm going to eat next, when I'm going to eat next and where, etc. But lately I've noticed that whenever I think about my next meal I'm also thinking about the timing in relation to my next workout... "If I eat at 4 that means I can workout at 7...". I'm trying to fit the exercise in, and it seems like it's starting to take take the place of food in my mind or at least I'm learning to balance "business" with pleasure.
