Also, Felix, lead singer of The Cat Empire, best band on the planet, is in the running to win an Australian women's magazine's hottest bachelor contest. In keeping with my one-woman LARP in which I play a fifteen-year-old panty-throwing fan girl such as I never was twenty years ago, I'm keeping the relevant page open and clicking the big, pink, Fight-Club-reminiscent "Vote here" button every so often.
I understand a real fifteen-year-old panty-throwing fan girl would exhort all her friends to do the same. Probably along with some kind of breathless, poorly-spelled, and grammatically-incorrect testimonial to how hot he is. Though mine would also include a poorly-spelled and grammatically-incorrect rant about how much hotter Ryan is, especially now that he's growing his hair back.
