The New England Foundation for the Arts is looking for two people to administer their National Dance Project. "The National Dance Project (NDP)-deemed the 'fairy godmother of dance' by The Chronicle of Philanthropy-uses funding and information-sharing to provide a support system for the living and evolving discipline of dance in the United States."
Program Manager: "Reporting to the Director of Programs and working in close collaboration with the Executive Director and other NEFA staff, the Program Manager for NDP will design, develop and deliver the core program activity of grant making for the production and touring of new dance work, as well as partnerships for international exchange, the Regional Dance Development Initiative, and the Contemporary Arts Centers network."
Program Services Coordinator: "The Program Services Coordinator works closely with the Program Manager, Grants Coordinator, and with other NEFA staff and programs, to administer and advance the National Dance Project, one of the largest grantmaking programs for dance in the United States. NDP Coordinators work in partnership, sharing areas of general program administration while maintaining complementary but distinct roles in specific areas of priority."
