Communications Coordinator
"Job Summary:
The Communications Coordinator (CCR) is responsible for implementing communications programs to increase awareness and understanding of PPLM’s brand identity, target internal and external audiences, and employ multiple communications strategies and channels. The CCR is the frontline member of the Communications Team and liaises directly with the media, and key stakeholders within PPLM to coordinate cohesive messaging and to position PPLM strategically in the public eye. The CCR has an “ear to the ground” and knows about all relevant issues and events as they occur, with an understanding of the big picture and relevance to PPLM."
Government Relations Manager
"This position is responsible for tracking, analysis of, and developing strategies regarding legislative and regulatory activity with an impact on PPLM, on sexual health care, and on health care reform efforts in Massachusetts. This position will cultivate and maintain relationships with state and federal officials that have oversight and jurisdiction over PPLM-related issues, manage Planned Parenthood Advocacy Fund’s candidate endorsement process, and coordinate organizing activities with the Outreach Coordinators."
