Un-moving celebrations

Last week the woman who runs Moving Celebrations, a dance/yoga/movement studio in the Armory in Somerville, sent out an email looking for movement-related teachers to join a "studio cooperative". Today she sent an email out advertising the sale of the studio (as in the lease and the business; you wouldn't own the space outright). Their website is

huh, i thought the armory was owned by a coop. the "center for the arts at the armory" mentioned at the bottom of her web page-- i wonder what the relationship between the two is?

My guess is that the center for the arts runs the entire space, and she rents the studio from them.
