Unofficial Noob Liaison
I just posted this on the Infamous Anonymous Confessional and I thought parts of it bore repeating here.
To all the people who would like to go to a sex and/or play party and have no idea how to accomplish that, I hereby make you this offer: use my LJ email to contact me. If I don't know you, and none of my friends know you, I will meet you for coffee or lunch or something. If you're not an obvious asshole or psycho, I will do my level best to score you an invite to the sort of party you're looking for.
If you're not in the Boscamberville area, you can give a shot at contacting me, but chances will be greatly reduced that I can do anything for you. To that end, would anyone out there from other communities like to step up to be their local Noob Liaison?
