Royal Wedding
Living as I do on the West Coast of the US, I was unwilling to get up to see the Royal Wedding live, so I set up the DVR and went to bed last night, promising myself I'd watch it when I got home from work.
The BBC coverage started 2 full hours before the ceremony -- before they'd even opened the doors to seat the guests, so I'm really glad I didn't get up at Midnight in hopes of catching the beginning. But I'll give the BBC this: they did a good job not just showing the wedding but showing the whole hoopla surrounding it. Plus they went over five and a half hours without breaking for a commercial.
Loved the dress, classy and elegant and well designed.
