1. Who is your best friend?

2. Why did you become friends?
She is a very generous person and we had(and have) a lot of interests in common.
3. How did you meet?
I heard her singing at a Science Fiction Convention. Later on I saw her sitting in a hallway and came over to tell her I was a fan of hers, and she said "I don't want fans I want friends." She then taught me the song she'd just written. How can you turn that down?
4. Why have you stayed friends?
It helps that our husbands are best friends too. But we have lots of interests in common and she and I have been there for each other through hard times and good times.
5. How long (realistically) do you think you'll be friends?
The rest of our lives. I can't think of anything either one of us is likely to do that would break up our friendship.
