(no subject)
Well I went to work---and we got lots of really cool stuff as a welcome back to school and I also met the new kindergarten teacher. He seems ok...I'll give him a chance before saying anything about him. I can say he has real pretty blue eyes! :)
My classroom is just about set up...I am still waiting for some workbooks that I need, but it will take a little while to get those. SO for now, I will just deal with what I have. Should be interesting. My first day is gonna seriously packed with things to do, so I won't worry about what I don't have.
So I have been busy coloring books to put on my bulletin board when we read them. I also have been working on my lesson plans and other stuff for the after school program.
Tomorrow I am going to go clothes shopping for the kiddos--they need to look cute for the first day. Also they need sneakers for PE. Ugh--I need new clothes too, but the kiddos are more important, so I will wait for mine--but I totally need socks...my dryer keeps eating mine!
That's my update for a little while. Since things are going to start picking up around here, I will try to post an update at least once a week--possibly on the weekend, when I have a LITTLE more time. In the meantime...take care and drop me an email whenever!
