(no subject)
So I check my email and what do I see? 5 messages about Lance and Space Week and how he is going to be visiting schools in Los Angeles and stuff during October. For those of you who do not know (and I think all of you do), I have been trying to get Lance to come talk to my school ever since he started his quest for space. But I have had no luck. So since I am an optimist, I emailed the organization to see if there was a possibility of him coming to my school. I included information of how I used space in my curriculum (but did not include how big a Lance fan I am...LOL). I am now just waiting for an answer--it would be cool if the answer was YES, but I am not gonna get my hopes up. This was probably all decided in advance. But either way, I will keep you all posted.
Today I have done nothing but figure out finances and that included calling the car company and asking them for a 2 month extension--they thought I was kidding when I said that I did not get a check for 2 months. I'm like, yeah--I work for the school district...they are goofy like that. SO that was granted and my finances look ok for everything else. Which is good cause I totally do not need that stress at the beginning of the school year!.
So now I am gonna play around on the computer for a while. I did watch "Prince and Me" earlier--and it was so good! Not as good as "Princess Diaries" but it was still good.
