I went onto a few gossip websites and now my computer has been infected. I can log on but it won't allow me to access the internet or the control panel to remove anything. It keeps saying the computer is infected then a ad pops up to purchase a antivirus software. Should I just take it in? I don't know what to do with it. I just want to toss it out the window. I heard that McAfee and Norton Antivirus is like a virus in itself. Anyone have suggestions?
