Photography
Our project for this term is to make a slide show of our work...we can use whatever we want and can even make it into a short film...
My idea is to do a short film to music...*not normal music...mininal music* and have this running through out the film. Photographs i have taken will blur into focus and stay on the screen for about 5 seconds, then fade out again. Inbetween these still photo's there will be short bursts of someone free dancing, or moving to the sounds of the music...this as i found out before will probably end up being me >_< lol...so there will be short bursts of a figure dancing and then a few words on the screen...maybe a poem ive writen im not sure yet. This is a very vaigue idea for my finished result.
I need to borrow a camcorder and ask to use the media studio because it has a big plain background, which will be cool. The studio is where the dancing will be filmed. I also need to finish taking photographs as Sally my teacher said we needed to have a set of at least 10 images in the show. so yes...i have 3/5 depending on if i decide to use them.
should be cool if it all comes together correctly...im going to keep the overall feel quite minimal and black and white...and there will be proper credits and titles at the beggining and end...
trouble is finding the right score to go with it...i have a few tracks at the moment which would be awesome, but deciding which one to use in the end is going to be annoyingly difficult.
