Starting my night shifts tonight...i would actually like night shifts better if it didn't screw up my sleeping hours...eventhough we get 3hr sleeping breaks...it's so weird, u see a bunch of nurses sleeping on couches together in the nurse's lounge...it's nice and quiet at night, no doctors writing hella orders...u don't see a bunch of people from the team asking hella questions and wanting you to do things for them...but it can get scary walking around on rounds...every hour we have to do rounds and check on our patients [to check if they're still breathing...no word of a lie...patients tend to die more during the nights]...and it's scary cuz it's dark and quiet so u have to walk in with a flashlight like ur some sort of burglar...yyeeps...
YAY! So excited!! Kareline's engagement ceremony is this saturday...TWO down, SIX more to go...can't wait to see her fat tummy again! hhmm...i think it'll be a girl, but others think a boy...awww...half cambodian, 1/4 white, 1/4 black...what a cute baby...
