I had a great birthday with Holly, Josh, and Mercedes.
Work yesterday sucked. I had bad vibe going in and then having the Assistant Director rip all the officers and then all the supervisors a new asshole kinda sucked. I am tired of the double standards at that place. The officers are even seeing me get in trouble for doing something and then another supervisor doing the same thing and nothing is said. I got in trouble for taking my lunch at the same time as an officer. I was told you can't do that. Last night a supervisor was at central eating his lunch and talking with an officer who was on his lunch and the assistant director. i get in trouble for using my cell phone while in the office. another supervisor is talking on his while he is in a vehicle, rolls through several stop signs, and allegedly almost causes an accident per someone that complained and nothing gets done. I wrote a written reprimand to an officer for rolling through stop signs and texting while driving. I am disgruntled and the officers are too and the moral is getting terrible. If I don't get an interview at another location as an assistant director I am looking for another job. I just can't take the lectures from someone that constantly contrdicts themselves anymore.
