If anyone is looking for a place to live for next semester, I am desperately trying to find someone to sublet mine. The rent is $610.00 per month plus utilities. Water is included, electricity is usually around $50.00 per month (less in the fall/spring, more in the winter/summer). The lease can be until June 1st or for a full year. It's a one bedroom carriage house, with a walk in closet, living room, kitchen, bathroom, two off street parking spots. The bedroom is big enough for two single beds, so you would pay less than the dorms for a much larger space. The address is 303 Wollerton Street, West Chester. It's in between Miner and Market. I walk to class from there everyday and it is really close to everything in town. I like it here a lot but my roommate is leaving and I can't afford the rent by myself, and it was much easier finding a room to rent than a roommate. You could move in whenever, anytime in between a week after finals and Jan. 15th.
