tonight is the worst shit ever
-the building that noble's is in is closing at the end of this month. which mean the restaurant has to "relocate" by june 31. apparently tim is "in negotiations" with a nearby restaurant space about moving there (whatever that means)...
-...but even better, i don't really know anything about the situation because there was a "mandatory" meeting at which everyone ("everyone") was informed of their impending layoffs--THAT NO ONE THE FUCK TOLD ME ABOUT. classic, noble's.
-aaand then i was waiting on about 12 people at once (note: i am a fair to middling server on normal nights), most of whom waited upwards of 45 minutes for their entrees. ballin. and forrest yelled at me again when i made a joke about how chefs think they're god, which really just ended up proving my point.
-i made decent money, but less than 20% of my sales, which feels shitty.
on the other hand, i'm working a lot next week. including a double tomorrow!! SO FUN.
it should also be noted that i have no fucking idea what i'm going to do at the end of june. (actually: d.c. folks, are you feelin' a visit about then [the 26thish]? katie and i will both be unemployed, which means TIME FOR TRAVELS, right?)
