There have been changes. Kidnappings become less frequent; experiments become more frequent. Steadily, the contact that the Malnosso have with the prisoners become less. The powers that the prisoners can use fluctuate. It would seem control is slipping or... that control is being dangled like a carrot in front of them. However... what if-- The Malnosso, as far as we know, are a collection of beings. We know not if they are man, dragon, or... gods, frankly. However, do not even gods have arguments? Nay, perhaps they are devils but-- do not some cultures even in Elibe give praise to what others might call 'devils?'
And then there is the matter of time, the matter of correlation, and the matter of-- perhaps there is a path; a greater purpose. ...Dare I say it, even a 'greater go-----
