i went to court to supposedly to "settle" my case. yeah, the vandalism one. so the lawyer talks to me to tell me what is going to happen since i have been charged with a felony. my mom explains to him that we've paid restitution already and that opry mills decided to not pursue the charges. and shows him the receipt. the lawyer goes and tells the DA this. she says "oh, i don't care, this is too good of a case, i'm pursuing it." oasdfhcvaysdfy? the lawyer called her a bitch after we walked away. so i had to plead guilty. instead of spending 500$ going to trial to prevent probation. so i have probation now. and have to do 10 4 hour sessions of community service. 40 hours. plus i have an 8pm curfew. but if i complete my community service chances are that my probation will be ended. god. i hope.
