I've lost track. This is maybe number four.
My iPod broke... again.
I was in bed reading when it stopped playing. No warning. Just silence, then sad iPod on the screen.
Seriously, it goes from its little holder in my purse (with no magnetic clasps to screw up the hardware) to my pocket while I'm on the bus to its charger at home, ending its day playing quietly while I fall asleep.
Why why why does it break every 3 months???
Thank god for the extended warranty.
On the bright side, I now have an excuse to visit (and swoon over) the loves of my life, the Genius Bar geeks.
