[Calem's residence isn't exactly a 'house' per say but there's a lit jack-o-lantern on the roof and a man laying on the hood with a bowl of candy, smoking a cigarette.

As for his costume? He thought it was appropriate.]

[Here comes a kid! He's holding out what appears to be a musketeer hat, though it definitely doesn't look like part of his costume. But hey, he knows the type here; he had no home either for about four years.]

[Oh hey, someone actually let their kid come see the man living in his car to get candy. Maybe it's a good thing he didn't get a van.]

What are you supposed to be? [Let's see if there's any chocolate left that Gabriella didn't get a hold of in this bowl.]

[It helps that Diablo doesn't have parents and can defend himself pretty well for a child.]

I dunno, I just found this costume lying around and thought it looked good, so I had my friend's mom wash it for me.

[He'd tip his hat if he were wearing it and it weren't full of candy. Of course, he doesn't intend to eat the candy himself. He's gonna give it all to Hinako in some feeble attempt to get her to like him.]
