I can't belive that at the begining of last week I was In GA wondering what I was going to do if I had to go much longer without a job.... Let me tell you what has happened since.... So Tues morning I had an interview with Benedict Advertising, and at 1 I had an interview with a temp agency... I applied for some job through them so I had to go fill out some paperwork!! After 3 hours of filling out paperwork and taking tests I go to have an interview and the lady is like I HAVE THE PERFECT JOB FOR YOU!! I'VE BEEN LOOKING AT YOUR RESEMUE FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS! IT'S THIS ADVERTISING AGENCY... THEY'RE JUST LOOKING FOR AN ASSISTANT RIGHT NOW BUT THEY WANT SOMEONE THAT WILL MOVE UP IN THE COMPANY... Sure enough it was Benidict... the company that I had interviewed with earlier... I explained to the lady that I had just had an interview with them earlier that day and she said.... WELL HERE IS WHAT I'M GOING TO DO... I'M GOING TO SEND THEM YOUR RESEMUE AND TELL THEM I JUST INTERVIEWED WITH YOU AND I THINK YOU'D BE PERFCT FOR THE JOB.... SO THAT WAY IF THEY INTERVIEWED WITH LOTS OF PEOPLE THEN YOU'LL STICK OUT IN THEIR MIND.... sure enough as soon as I got home I have a message on the answering machine from Benedict offering me the job. I decided to take it... I asked them if I should just start fresh on Monday and she asked if I could come in on Wednesday (the next day) because that was the normal assistants last day and she wanted me to see her in action! So I've been working since Wed! I like it! It's pretty simple stuff! I feel like I was kinda thrown into it without a whole lot of training.... but oh well... If I screw up then I just say.... You should have trained me better!!... I'm SOOOO less stressed... it's an awesome feeling! I was in Orlando this weekend shoping for work clothes with Aim, and celebrating Shawns Birthday! Kevin was there... that boy is so cute!! I'm going back to Orlando this week for Amys room mates birthday!! It'll be fun! LOVE YOU ALL ~ ABEN
