I thought I would never see the White Sox win a World Series in my lifetime, but here we are, one win away from winning it all. The thought of it has yet to sink in and I'm not sure what to think. I'm more than excited at the idea, but actually being so close to it is odd. Chicago's not supposed to have a winning team, let alone the underdog of the city's baseball teams. When they do win, it will make me cry with joy and give me enough ammunition to rub it in my Cubs fan friends faces. It's gonna be sweet....
Halloween Plans are still up in the air. Thursday night we're going to NEO and Saturday night we're going to Sedgwick's for open bar, but I have nothing else really planned. Ideas, suggestions, hang out?
I'm thinking about going down to the Southside tonight to watch the game. Maybe at Brokul's?
